There was a problem with an expensive part Metric installed. The new part had to be reordered and installed multiple times. The problem? A defective part coming from one particular manufacturing plant in Germany. Chris and staff spent considerable time and effort, all at his cost, to pinpoint the problem. The problem was resolved and the car runs beautifully. I've been returning to Metric ever since and they always do a great job. My car died on the freeway on Friday. I had the car towed in and talked to Chris Friday afternoon. He told me he was so booked that I might have to wait until the following Wednesday.
